ASSIST CHIEF CABIN CREW INSTRUCTOR

Short Description

We have during the last years experienced more demand on training and the training department in SAS ATO is growing. We are harmonizing our training internal in our company and the SAS ATO is delivering training to all AOC´s in SAS. This means more instructors, more courses, and more work.

We are therefore looking for a Cabin Crew Training Assist (CCTA) for the Cabin Crew Training department. This position will be working closely with the Assist Chief Cabin Crew Instructor.

CCTA will report directly to Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI). The CCTA will help manage and standardize the group of CC instructors in the ATO training department. This position will be responsible for development and maintenance of relevant training programs according to authority regulations and SAS requirements in close cooperation with the ACCCI, but with different responsibility areas. Focus on differences in AOC, manuals and ensuring specific requirements is covered in all AOC´s will be vital in this position.

The CCTA will give daily support to CCCI in all relevant areas and act as CCCI in period needed. Leadership experience would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Deep knowledge of authority requirements is important in this position. Reading manuals and requirements is a part of the daily work. Teaching experience is a must. To be successful as CCTA it is important that you have the qualities to work with and motivate other people. You should possess the following characteristics:

  • Enthusiastic and dedicated
  • Innovative and open-minded.
  • Above average knowledge about IT and Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to sustain high workload.
  • Independent.
  • Emphatic

In this position, you will be expected to further develop training methodology by utilizing new IT and media technology.

Other of Importance

The office location may be ARN, CPH or OSL, CCCI is based in CPH so frequent meetings/work from CPH must be expected.  Working conditions will be under administrative regulations in relevant country. We are seeking candidates both internally and externally.
