ASSIST CHIEF CABIN CREW INSTRUCTOR
Short Description
During the last years we have experienced more demand for training and the training department in SAS is growing. We are harmonizing our training internal in our company and SAS Crew Training delivers training to all AOC´s in SAS, Connect, Link and Scandinavia. This means more instructors, more courses, and more work.
We are therefore looking for a Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA) for the Cabin Crew Training department. The position is a one-year contract with the possibility of permanent.
Purpose
CCTA will report directly to Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI). The CCTA will help the CC training team consisting of CCCI and Assist CCCI (ACCCI) in the daily operation in the training facilities. The CCTA needs to be a strong administrative resource, who likes to work in a fast and constantly changing environment, where we as a team manage all kinds of task during the days.
It is a fast-paced environment with 80+ Cabin Crew Instructors, 5 different training facilities/centers, in three different countries, 20+ different courses, most authority required. All this in a safety-first environment with close cooperation with the national authorities.
Key Responsibilities
CCTA will hold own responsibilities and duties and help with different projects and other operational assignments. Permanent work assignments could be coordination of stakeholders on the different courses, updating different internal documentations, working with our different programs for training records, web courses etc. CCTA will also work with feedback and PBI for all courses. Supporting the CC training department and instructors is a vital part of the job as well. The CCTA will give daily support to CCCI in all relevant areas.

Other of Importance
The office location may be ARN, CPH or OSL, CCCI is based in CPH so frequent meetings/work from CPH must be expected. Working conditions will be under administrative regulations in relevant countries. We are seeking candidates both internally and externally.
