Join Our Team as a Compensation Specialist!

We are now looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our dynamic Compensation team, which together with Pension & Benefits, is part of People Solutions within the Rewards & Recognition unit. In this role you will be part of a dedicated team of four people, reporting directly to our Head of Compensation. Our team collaborates closely with People Services, People & Culture and Industrial Relations to maintain, monitor and when necessary develop or modify established compensation policies and processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Manage job evaluations, market salary data, salary reviews, and salary analyses.
•    Oversee employment conditions and guide leaders and People & Culture in salary setting.
•    Continue working with the developed job architecture.
•    Contribute to the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive.
•    Handle variable pay.
•    Utilize the HR system Success Factor effectively.

 

Extensive Contact and Collaboration: You will frequently collaborate with People & Culture and leaders throughout the SAS group. The position also involves having contact with external suppliers to continuously obtain market data and salary statistics for salaries in Scandinavia and, when necessary, beyond Scandinavia.

 

Qualifications:
•    Relevant education; university degree or equivalent.
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•    Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
•    Knowledgeable in job evaluation.
•    Experience in salary reviews and report analysis.
•    Understanding of salary formation, collective agreements, vacation legislation, pensions, and other relevant People areas within Scandinavia.
•    Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages as well as English.
