We're now looking for an experienced and inspiring Crew Manager to join our leadership team in Copenhagen. In this role, you'll lead and develop both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew across SAS Connect and SAS Link, helping to shape a high-performing culture where safety, customer experience, and employee engagement go hand in hand.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of our crew organization while contributing to the continued transformation of SAS.

As Crew Manager, you will report to the Managing Director of Crew Services and play a key role in supporting our operational and people agenda.

What you will be doing:

As a Crew Manager, you are more than a leader. You are a coach, culture carrier, and trusted partner for our crew members.

You will create the conditions for our pilots and cabin crew to perform at their best by providing clear direction, visible leadership, and continuous support. Through engagement, communication, and collaboration, you will help build an environment where people feel motivated, valued, and empowered to deliver exceptional service.

A strong people leadership profile with a genuine interest in employee development and wellbeing

The ability to coach, support, and challenge individuals and teams to achieve their full potential

Experience managing employee relations and navigating complex people matters with professionalism and sound judgment

A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and stakeholder groups

Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with people at all levels of the organisation

The ability to lead through change, creating clarity, engagement, and commitment during periods of transformation

A natural ability to foster an inclusive culture where people feel valued, respected, and empowered to perform
