CREW SUPPORTER
SAS Crew Support CPH CPHDI-C is looking for a new employee
We offer a highly professional position in a dynamic and often busy environment. We are a changing department with both operational and administrative tasks. We are streamlining our processes according to the Lean principle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support to traffic operations (OCC).
- Ensure that Crew have valid regulatory documents.
- Administrative support for Crew and monitoring of check-in/out.
- Hotel and transport management for crew.
- Invoicing management.
- Booking flights and hotels when needed.
- Responsible for control and payment of salary to the Resource Pool, per-diem, variable salary components, refunds, etc.
- Support in connection with SAS ID cards, etc.
- Handling of onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Responsible for registration of statutory online courses for Crew.
- Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes at SAS main bases.
Experience
- Knowledge of CMS (Crew Management System), Acubiz, Amadeus, Ebuy, Racer is an advantage.
- Experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite with good knowledge of (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). In this context, special emphasis is placed on Excel.
- Fluency in Scandinavian languages, both written and spoken, as well as good knowledge of English.
- Preferably experience in administration, planning, flying or from SGH.

Other of Importance
The position is full-time (100%) and the working hours are shift-based (primarily morning shifts every day of the week). Crew Support is located at the SAS Crew base in terminal 3.
Salary according to HK collective agreement pay grade 4 and the position reports to Manager Crew Support.
