Crew Supporter

As a Crew Supporter, you will play a central role in supporting our crew operations, securing seamless processes, and ensuring our crew has the support they need to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Challenges you will work on
In this hands-on and dynamic role, you will ensure smooth coordination and support across crew-related processes. You will work with onboarding tasks, system updates, crew logistics, and administrative workflows.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, handle rebookings in Amadeus, maintain accurate crew records, and be the point of contact for practical crew support tasks. Your ability to stay structured, focused, and service-minded will be key to success.
The Team
You will join a small and dedicated team of four colleagues who work closely together to ensure that our crew feels supported and that daily operations run efficiently. We value teamwork, open communication, and a positive work environment where everyone contributes and supports each other.
Experience
To be successful, we believe you have
- A proactive, supportive attitude — you enjoy being the person others can rely on
- Experience with administrative tasks and systems handling
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- A structured approach and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a service-oriented or operational environment is a plus
- Experience in Amadeus or crew-related systems is an advantage but not required
