We are looking for a Crew Supporter with a strong service mindset and a natural ability to work collaboratively.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for crew-related tasks, helping ensure seamless operations while supporting our people.

What you will do
- Support daily crew operations and ensure smooth coordination
- Handle onboarding-related tasks and crew logistics
- Manage rebookings and updates in Amadeus
- Maintain accurate records and system updates
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment
What you bring
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset – you enjoy being the person others rely on
- Experience with administrative tasks and working in different systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- A structured way of working with great attention to detail
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively
Other Information
You will join a dedicated team of four colleagues who work closely together to support our crew and ensure everything runs smoothly.
The role includes shift work, including weekends, with working hours between 06:00 and 18:00.
