SAS Cargo - Digital Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Digital Sales Manager to drive our sales results to new heights across all online channels. 

Purpose

The position belongs to the area of Global Sales, responsible for all sales and customer activities in SAS Cargo worldwide. The unit’s overall goal is to maximize revenue in both offline and online channels as well as manage and develop SAS Cargo’s customer base.


SAS Cargo is an independent and wholly owned subsidiary to Scandinavian Airlines with its head office at Copenhagen. We offer cargo capacity on the entire SAS network as well as through an extensive trucking network. At SAS Cargo we have a strong focus on quality, digitalization and sustainability.


As our Digital Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth across all digital sales platforms—including sascargo.com, e-booking portals and marketplaces. You will own the digital sales funnel from strategy to execution, ensuring our products are visible, competitive, and easy to book online. 

Main areas of responsibilities

•    Develop and execute digital sales strategies that deliver measurable growth
•    Manage and optimize performance on sascargo.com and third-party platforms
•    Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
•    Collaborate with Global Sales & Marketing, Commercial and our Strategic Business Development teams to ensure alignment
•    Build relationships with digital partners and online air cargo platforms
•    Ensure the customer journey is seamless, fast, and conversion-driven

Skills and abilities

•    Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales, ideally within logistics, freight, or air cargo
•    Strong knowledge of online B2B sales platforms, digital tools and customer journeys
•    Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive sales performance
•    Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
•    Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
•    A proactive team player with great interpersonal skills
•    Self-driven with the ability to organize your day and prioritize your work
•    Strong communication skills in one Scandinavian language and English – verbally and written
•    Experience with Excel, Power Point, PowerBI and a natural interest and curiosity in using and learning relevant IT systems and reports.

Additional information

Some travelling must be expected as part of the job.


The successful candidate will report directly to our Head of Global Sales.

This position is based in Copenhagen, and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
