Are you ready to shape the future of SAS Offer & Order Management System (OOMS)? We are looking for a visionary and structured Digital Service Owner to optimize our current Commercial Offer & Order solutions and initiate the transformation of our Offer & Order Management System (OOMS). This role is pivotal in SAS´s digital journey toward modern airline retailing aligning with industry standards like IATA´s NDC and ONE Order. Challenges you will work on:
In this exciting and dynamic role, you will oversee and be accountable for the end-to-end performance and evolution of the back-end digital services that power our Offers and Orders across all sales channels. You will coordinate across business, IT and vendor teams ensuring our Offer and Order back-end platforms deliver value and support SAS’s airline retail transformation journey.
- Drive and maintain the service vision, roadmap, and lifecycle aligning with business stakeholders and IT strategy
- Drive the strategic roadmap for SAS’s next generation Offer & Order Management System
- Translate commercial goals into scalable, secure, and future-ready IT solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Offer and Order Solution components
- Ensure service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all channels
- Responsible for the relationship with external IT service providers and vendors, ensuring performance, compliance and value for money
- Stay ahead of aviation industry trends, bringing innovation and insights to SAS´s digital strategy
The team
As Digital Service Owner Offer & Order in the Offer & Order Solutions team, SAS Digital &IT, you will join a diverse and high-performing team contributing with our different areas of expertise. We are working closely with our colleagues within IT, Commercial, Revenue Management/Pricing, Distribution, and external technology partners. To be successful, we believe you have
- 5+ years’ experience and a solid understanding of airline commercial infrastructure, especially PSS and related systems
- Tech-savvy with the ability to engage with enterprise architects
- Solid experience in Offer & Order, Pricing, Revenue Management or Distribution area
- Strong industry knowledge with a passion for enabling digital transformation in aviation
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives including managing vendor relationships
- A structured, analytical and strategical mindset with a strong drive to achieve results
- The ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Degree within relevant field: IT, Engineering or Business

- Desired start date: 1 February 2026
- Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 3-month probation period
- This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark at our current office at Amager Strandvej 392, 2770 Kastrup, though we will soon move to new renovated facilities at Copenhagen Airport. You will be expected to work onsite, with the possibility of up to two days working from home. Regular duty travel shall be expected for this position.
