EXPERIENCED FIRST OFFICER
Join SAS as a Experienced First Officer
Flying for SAS - Scandinavian Airlines System – has never simply been about logging hours.
It’s about stepping into a legacy of Scandinavian aviation where professionalism, trust, and purpose shape every journey we make together.
We are now looking for experienced First Officers to join our E195 and A320 fleet, pilots who are ready for something more than “the next job.” Pilots who want to grow, explore, and build a career that can carry them all the way to retirement.
At SAS, your story doesn’t stop in the right seat. It begins there.
From your first simulator session, you enter an environment built on learning, safety, and continuous development. You’re surrounded by instructors, captains, and colleagues who don’t just teach you procedures: they pass along the culture, discipline, and pride that define Scandinavian aviation. With growing experience comes expanding opportunity, from mixed‑fleet flying and long‑haul missions to instructor roles shaping future pilots or leadership paths influencing the strategic direction of SAS.
At SAS, you don’t just fly. You become part of something built to last.
