People & Culture Business Partner – SAS Operations (CPH/STO)

How can you make a difference:

As a P&C Business Partner in SAS, you are the primary point of contact for senior managers within Operations. You collaborate closely with them on their leadership strategies, offering guidance and support on the people agenda, whilst ensuring they are supported in their daily Operations.  

 

This includes:

* Coach, challenge and support leaders in organizational, team and individual personnel-related matters 

* Functionally lead the P&C Partners supporting you within your area of responsibility  

* Support and coach leaders in a wide range of topics, such as change, performance & talent management as well as day to day queries 

* Identify future organizational needs for the organization and collaborate with our CoE colleagues to bridge the gap 

* Advance our self-service initiative by introducing leaders to our People Platform solution (SuccessFactors) 

* Dialogue with employee unions (when needed)  

* Participate in relevant projects together with our People function colleagues  

 

You will be part of an 18 person P&C Partnering organization consisting of other P&C Business Partners and P&C Partners, who all have the common goal to make SAS and Operations the preferred employer in aviation. 

In addition, you will be working together with our COE´s, People Services, and managers in the business to successfully implement the SAS People Strategy. You will report directly to our VP, People & Culture and you will be a part of three leadership teams.

Apply for the job if you:  

* Have a natural ability to lead agendas, people, and projects 

* Are a strong implementer of the People cycle and a proven record of accomplishment of maturing leaders you have partnered with 

* Are an experienced P&C generalist, who has experience working with leaders on many levels and from different areas on a wide range of employee related matters  

* Have at least 10 years of post-education experience, whereof part of this experience is in a P&C Business Partner or Head of P&C capacity in an international context  

* Are a strong change management practitioner with a proven record of accomplishment of bringing people with you on change journeys 

* Have a relevant higher education, preferably at bachelor level or higher  

* Thrive in a high-pace environment, work effectively, and achieve results in a cross-functional operating model 

* Are fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages 

 

In addition, we expect you to have a natural skill in prioritizing, to be solution oriented in your approach and an independent thinker with a positive can-do attitude to any challenge coming along.
