The Team

As a P&C Partner you will be a part of a local Copenhagen based team of five super competent P&C Partners. Furthermore, you will be part of an overall 18 person P&C Partnering organization consisting of P&C Partners & Business Partners across Scandinavia, who all have the common goal to make SAS and Operations the preferred employer in aviation. In this role you will report to the P&C Partnering Lead in DK.

How can you make a difference?

•    Collaborate with line managers to advance the organization’s goals and drivers
•    Partnering with leaders on operational challenges such as day-to-day leadership, recruitment, difficult conversations, and other personnel related matters
•    Coach, challenge and support managers in administrative tasks, reporting and analysis
•    Drive our self-service agenda by familiarizing leaders with our People Platform solution (SuccessFactors)
•    Managing ongoing dialogues and collaboration with unions 
•    Participating in and contributing to cross-functional people-related projects together with colleagues across the People Function 
•    Establishing processes suitable for operations related to the People Agenda
•    Coaching leaders and supporting operations with a focus on remote leadership in operations

The successful candidate:

To be successful in this role you will need experience in creating followership, building relationships with leaders and unions, driving a people agenda and handling all the operational challenges of a complex organization.

We believe you bring:

•    Strong ability to build trusted relationships across leadership levels and functions
•    A strong participant in projects benefiting the team, the business, and the people agenda
 •    At least 5 years of relevant post-education experience whereof part of it is preferably as a P&C/HR Consultant or Partner

•    Broad P&C generalist experience, including proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in a cross-functional operating model
•    Has collaborated with leaders on many levels and from different functions on a wide range of employee related matters

•    Relevant education and an appetite to continue learning

•    You thrive in a high-paced environment and work effectively to achieve results 

•    Fluency in English both verbally and written and preferably in a Scandinavian language   as well

 

In addition, we expect you to have a natural skill in prioritizing, to be solution oriented in your approach and an independent thinker with a positive can-do attitude to any challenge coming along.

•    This position is based in Copenhagen Airport. Occasional travel to our other Nordic offices is expected
