About the Role
Maintenance Production is expanding the team with an additional Local Planner for our CPH Base.
The P-145 Planning department is responsible for processing all maintenance orders carried out under SAS. The team consists of approximately 10 colleagues across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
As a Local Planner, you will act as the “extended arm” of our centralized Production Planning team in Stockholm and be the closest contact with Production in Copenhagen. Your role is crucial in ensuring that maintenance tasks are prepared, planned, and executed efficiently in close collaboration with Production.
Challenges You Will Work On
- Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and documentation etc. are ready when Production is to perform maintenance tasks.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Production Planning, Resource Planning, and Supply Chain for larger or complex projects in Maintenance Production.
- Optimize assigned work through dialogue with Planning and Production.
- Maintain close contact with the central Planning department in Stockholm regarding planning and execution.
To Be Successful, We Believe You Have
- Aircraft Maintenance License, EASA B1/B2 certificate on SAS-operated aircraft types.
- Knowledge and experience with aircraft maintenance systems.
- Experience within Maintenance Production and/or Planning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for aircraft systems and components.
- Fluent in Danish and proficient in English, as this is our corporate language – both in writing and in spoken context.
- Extensive knowledge of SAS data systems, AMOS, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of EASA regulations in P-145 and Part-M.

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

- Location: The position is based in our Hangar in Copenhagen Airport. You will be expected to work on-site, and travel to our other offices within Scandinavia may occur.
