RECEIVING INSPECTOR

Introduction

Who are we?

CPHHS-C is part of Supply Chain Organization, which is part of SAS Technical Operations. We handle the logistics functions within SAS Technical Operations, which means goods reception, acceptance control, picking, store material to warehouse, transport, and delivery to production. In addition, we handle all tools used in hangars. The department at CPH consists of a total of 26 employees who work 24/7 supplying the production with spare parts, tools, and other materials.

Are you our new Receiving Inspector and would you like to be one of the key players in the SAS Technical department, then this might be something for you.

Purpose

We are searching for a colleague who would like to work with quality and have safety as a priority. You will experience a varied day and you thrive with many tasks at the same time, you are service oriented, have a positive attitude and contribute to a good work environment.

As a person we would like you to have solid experience within warehouse & logistics and have strong IT skills, that you can communicate in English both verbally and in writing, as you will have to communicate with a big platform of people across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving inspection main task

• Perform general visual inspection with attention to detail to identify possible defects, shipping damage and including possible suspected unapproved parts.
• Ensures parts are received with the proper supporting documentation and comply with EASA Part 145 regulation and organisational procedures.
• Ensures all items are in compliance with requirements, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and technical standards.
• Component data entry in SAS MMIS - Amos.
• Claim handling and return of material according to company procedures.
• Store material and components to warehouse.
• Support other departments as required including Remote Receiving and Aircraft Records.
• Communicate across organization verbally and in writing.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Participate in projects and ongoing education.
• Occasionally assist with basic logistic tasks in other CPHHS-C areas.

Other of Importance

Occasional travel to other Scandinavian countries.

Driving license and forklift certificate is a must. 

The right applicant must be a team player, focused, quality orientated and have an eye for details, which is required of a SAS Receiving Inspector.

Salary conditions: According to local agreement with Flyarbejdernes Klub/3F

Working hours: Shifts

Start: 1. January 2025 or as soon as possible.
