CPHHS-C is a vital part of the Supply Chain Organization within SAS Technical Operations. We manage the logistics functions including goods reception, acceptance control, picking, store material to warehouse, transport, and delivery to production. In addition, we also handle and oversee all tools used in SAS hangars.
Our Copenhagen team consists of 28 dedicated employees working 24/7 to ensure seamless support to production with spare parts, tools and materials.
Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Receiving Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that all incoming materials meet aviation standards and support the operational excellence of SAS Technical Operations.
The receiving inspection main tasks include:
- Perform general visual inspection with attention to detail to identify possible defects, shipping damage and including possible suspected unapproved parts.
- Ensures parts are received with the proper supporting documentation and comply with EASA Part 145 regulation and organizational procedures.
- Ensures all items are in compliance with requirements, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and technical standards.
- Component data entry in SAS MMIS - Amos.
- Claim handling and return of material according to company procedures.
- Store material and components to warehouse.
- Support other departments as required including Remote Receiving and Aircraft Records.
- Communicate across organization verbally and in writing.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Participate in projects and ongoing education.
- Occasionally assist with basic logistic tasks in other CPHHS-C areas.

Ideally, you have solid experience within warehouse & logistics, string IT skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English – both verbally and in writing – as you will be interacting with a wide range of colleagues across the organization.
Other of Importance
In order to work in a safety-restricted area of an airport, you must both be accredited by the positive and have an approved background check.
Occasional travel to our other offices within the Scandinavian countries is expected.
Driver’s license and forklift certificate are required.
The position is full time, and salary conditions are in accordance with the local agreement with Flyarbejdernes Klub/3F.
The working hours are shift-based.
Expected start date is 1st September 2025 or as soon as possible.
