SAS CARGO - Key Account Manager
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our sales team in Denmark.
Skills and abilities
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships with both existing and new customers
• Self-driven with the ability to organize your day and prioritize your work
• Motivated by results
• Min. 5 years of experience from airfreight, freight forwarding, aviation or shipping is expected
• Strong communication skills in one Scandinavian language and English – verbally and written
• A proactive team player with great interpersonal skills
• Driver’s license
Education and experience
• Experience with tender material, negotiations and contracts is expected.
• Experience with Excel, Power Point, PowerBI and a natural interest and curiosity in using and learning relevant IT systems and reports.
Main areas of responsibilities
• Drive and develop customer relations for your customer portfolio
• Conduct sales calls, both physical meetings and by phone/Teams
• Negotiate contracts and follow up on their performance
• Act as important stakeholder in cross functional work groups within SAS Cargo
• Participation in relevant teams and projects
• Act in accordance with SAS Employee Model
Other of Importance
Some travel within Denmark and Scandinavia must be expected.
The successful candidate will report directly to our Head of Global Sales.
