We are now starting to recruit Service Agents to SAS Ground to be ready for the summer traffic 2026.
The recruiting of Service Agents will be continuous and we expect the first group of employees to begin December 2025.
If you can see yourself working as a Service Agent with handling of our passengers in an international environment in Copenhagen Airport where the pace is high, but no two days are the same, this could be the role for you.
Passenger Handling is a crucial part of our customers journey, and you need to be passionate about delivering a seamless experience for our customers. Your role is to make the whole journey from check-in to boarding simple and hassle-free and give our customers a fantastic experience.
