Challenges you will work on:
In this exciting role, you will oversee the short-term staff planning for our Cargo department Spirit. You make sure the right number of people with the right qualification are planned at the right time. With both quality and cost in mind.
You will coordinate with managers, employees, unions and system specialists. You will also collaborate with your teammates and when needed support your colleagues in planning the other departments within Ground operations.
You will tackle those challenges that come with the ongoing transformation into a new planning system and use your initiative to find more automated ways of working.

To be successful we believe you have
An interest in the airline industry and how every detail matters to receive a smooth operation. The skill to be comfortable working in advanced planning systems but also the capability to keep good relations with the employees you plan.
• A university degree preferably in Logistics or Transport
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced knowledge of functions and data handling
• Analytical mindset and strong drive to achieve results
• The capability to be accurate but still efficient
• A curious mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Proven ability to manage change

• Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
• This position is based at Kastrup, Copenhagen, and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
