About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Frontline Recruitment team, focused on hiring pilots for SAS. Based in Denmark alongside two team members, you will work closely with colleagues across Sweden and Norway. Our main offices are located on Amagerstrandvej and Copenhagen Airport, but you should expect occasional travel within Denmark and Scandinavia to support pilot assessments. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates who will embody SAS’s commitment to safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Selection: Screen resumes and conduct initial pre-selection calls/video interviews to assess candidates against job criteria.
- Assessment Day: Attend assessment days and conduct interviews together with pilot recruitment assessors.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Administration: Manage recruitment data, ensuring accurate candidate records and reporting
- Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders in the recruitment process, People Partners, and pilot recruitment assessors to deliver and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Promote our brand and culture by engaging with candidates through various recruitment channels and events.
Who you are
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience within ilot or high-volume recruitment. Aviation experience is an advantage.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of candidates and coordinate multiple assessment days.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining professionalism in all candidate interactions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, team members, and other departments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and support assessment days, sometimes during non-traditional hours.
