About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Denmark based Frontline Recruitment Team, responsible for hiring cabin crew members. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates who will be the face of our brand. You’ll manage the full recruitment process, from advertising roles to organizing assessment days, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Advertising and Sourcing: Create and post engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of cabin crew candidates.
•    Pre-Selection: Screen resumes and conduct initial pre-selection calls/ video interviews to assess candidates against job criteria.
•    Assessment Day Coordination: Organize and facilitate assessment days, managing logistics such as venue, schedule, candidate communication, and assessor coordination.
•    Candidate Communication: Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
•    Administration: Manage recruitment data, ensuring accurate candidate records and reporting
•    Collaboration: Work closely with all stakeholders in the recruitment process, People Partners, and cabin crew managers to deliver and continuously improve the recruitment process.
•    Employer Branding: Promote our brand and culture by engaging with candidates through various recruitment channels and events.
•    Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with internal policies and industry standards, including DEI initiatives.

 

Who you are

•    Experience: 2-4 years of experience within frontline or high-volume recruitment. Aviation experience is an advantage.
•    Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of candidates and coordinate multiple assessment days.
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
•    Tech-Savvy: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•    Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining professionalism in all candidate interactions.
•    Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, team members, and other departments.
•    Flexibility: Willingness to travel and support assessment days, sometimes during non-traditional hours.
