Agile Coach – Driving SAS IT Transformation

We are looking for an Agile Coach to play a key role in the continued evolution of the SAS Agile Delivery Model across Digital & IT. This is a role for someone who is not afraid to take the lead, challenge the organization, and actively drive change. While also coaching teams and leaders in their day-to-day work. 

Challenges you will work on

 

In this dynamic role, you will combine transformation leadership with hands-on coaching to ensure sustainable change across the organization. While you work hands-on with teams, this role goes beyond team-level coaching, you are expected to actively drive transformation at organizational level. 

 

You will:

 

  • Lead and drive the ongoing evolution of the SAS Agile Delivery Model
  • Secure effective onboarding of product teams into new ways of working
  • Facilitate and lead Quarterly Planning (PI Planning) and other large-scale alignment events
  • Drive change management across Digital & IT, influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Coach and challenge product teams, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leaders
  • Support teams in applying agile principles in practice to improve flow, collaboration, and value delivery
  • Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas and take ownership of driving change
  • Balance the need for consistency and governance with pragmatic adaptation to team contexts
  • Contribute to building a strong continuous improvement of culture and agile community 

The Team

 

You will be part of the Office of the CIO within Digital & IT, working in a high-performing and collaborative environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The team plays a central role in shaping how Digital & IT operates, and you will work closely with: 

 

  • Product teams, Product Managers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters 
  • Leaders across business and Digital & IT
  • Other Agile Coaches and transformation roles
  • The Head of Agile & AD Practices and leaders within the Office of the CIO

To be successful, we believe you have

 

  • Proven experience in driving agile transformation in complex organizations 
  • The ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching  
  • Experience working across team, product, and portfolio levels  
  • Strong capability to lead change and influence senior stakeholders  
  • Confidence in facilitating large forums and speaking in front of diverse audiences 
  • A proactive and courageous mindset, you take initiative and lead from the front 
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills  
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT  
  • Solid knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, applied pragmatically 
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and building high-performing teams  
  • A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience  
  • Commitment to working from the office 3 days per week

  • This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
