Change & Contracting Manager
We are looking for a Change & Contracting Manager with a legal background to play a key role in transforming how our Global Sales organization operates. This role will drive process efficiency, standardization, and scalability across our sales ecosystem, supporting both travel agent distribution and corporate customer segments.
The position combines driving strategic changes (approx. 50%) with hands-on legal support (approx. 50%), primarily focused on B2B contracts. The successful candidate will bring a strong commercial and strategic mindset, ensuring that our operational sales processes enable business growth, speed, and competitiveness.
A critical success factor is the ability to build a strong internal network across SAS in order to influence both Global Sales colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adoption of new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities & Mandate
1. Change Management & Process Transformation
- Lead and implement transformation initiatives across Global Sales processes, with focus on:
- Travel agent and corporate sales agreements
- Contracting and compliance processes
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, driving simplified and scalable ways of working
- Design and implement standardized, commercially effective processes that support growth across markets - Drive digitization and automation (e.g., contract lifecycle management, simplification of legal templates, workflows)
- Act as an advisor to the sales leadership team, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution
- Build and leverage a strong internal stakeholder network to anchor and accelerate change
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure high adoption of new processes
- Monitor and track impact (e.g., conversion rates, training participation and adherence, compliance, cost efficiency)
2. Legal Support – Triage of day to day legal matters
- Be responsible for template creation, review of, and support to Sales teams in the negotiation of B2B agreements, including:
- Corporate customer contracts
- Travel agent
- Miscellaneous legal documents (e.g. NDAs, GDPR questions, etc.)
- Negotiation guidelines and fallbacks - Provide commercially pragmatic legal guidance to Sales teams in order to balance risk, compliance, and commercial objectives

To be successful we believe you have
- Law degree, or equivalent qualifications gained through a combination of business education and relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a legal advisor and commercial support role.
- Experience supporting B2B sales organizations, ideally within travel, aviation, or other complex service industries.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional change initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align frameworks and ways of working with business goals.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Ability to build and leverage informal networks to influence and drive change and the confidence to question status quo.
- Highly structured with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Ability to translate complexity into simple, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
