WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CREW DATA MANAGER

SAS is Scandinavia’s leading airline with destinations in Europe, the USA, and Asia. We are now looking for a Crew Data Manager who wants to contribute to SAS’s continued success. About the Position

A Crew Data Manager is an integral member of the Crew Data Management team and is expected to manage crew data according to specified processes and routines.
In this role, your responsibility will be to ensure accurate handling of crew data and, together with your team, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of Crew Data Management. Work topics include managing contract information, availability data, vacation bidding and allocation and keeping data updated in our planning systems.
Resource Management is a central function in an airline, making the role both interesting and enjoyable. External factors greatly influence daily operations, giving you the opportunity to be close to where things happen.

Key Responsibilities

•    Ensure all contracts are updated for all crew types
•    Manage "crew bidding," i.e., crew requests for duty assignments
•    Allocate compensation days and vacation days to crew members
•    Understand and meet crew data requirements
•    Communicate crew data and, when needed, contact individual crew members

Experience

•    Has at least three years of work experience
•    Has completed upper secondary education
•    Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used daily
•    Is comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel

A completed academic degree and prior experience working with relevant systems are considered merits.

Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period 

This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager. 

To be eligible for this position you need an EU-work permit. Please note that we ask you to inform us if you currently have a valid EU-work permit.
