- Working in a test‑and‑learn culture where experimentation, iteration, and learning from failures are encouraged
- Exploring how AI and automation can streamline recurring reporting and free up time for higher-value analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze e‑commerce performance with a focus on conversion rate (CR) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Deliver regular reports and ad‑hoc analyses to e‑commerce managers and other stakeholders
- Conduct funnel, journey, and behavioral analyses to identify optimization opportunities
- Support campaign and attribution analysis together with paid media and performance teams
- Enable and improve self-service reporting using Google Analytics and related tools

- Support setup, analysis, and follow‑up of A/B tests and experiments
- Collaborate closely with e‑commerce, product, digital, and IT teams to align measurement and insights with business needs
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving existing KPIs, and support the definition of new ones when needed
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate recurring reports and data workflows, reducing manual effort across the team Explore and test AI-assisted tools and methods to enhance analysis, reporting efficiency, and insight generation
