E2 TRAINING PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a E2 Training Project Manager!

In this role, you will be supporting the Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT) and Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) in all training-related activities associated with the introduction of the Embraer E2 Fleet. The role will be responsible for the development and execution of E2 training programs, oversight of training devices and training resources, monitoring training progress, and coordination of training planning to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient entry into service of the E2 fleet.
The E2 Training Project Manager will report to the NPCT and work closely with the CFI, training providers, instructors, and other operational stakeholders.
Challenges you will work on:
• Support the NPCT, NPFO and CFI in the planning and execution of the E2 fleet introduction programme.
• Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of E2 training programmes, including type rating, recurrent and differences training as applicable.
• Coordinate the development, implementation of E2 specific flight ops related procedures.
• Manage the implementation and oversight of E2 training devices, simulators, training aids, and associated training and resources.
• Ensure training material and courseware accurately reflect aircraft configuration, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor training progress against project milestones and implementation plans and report status, risks, and issues to the NPCT and CFI.
• Coordinate and manage E2 training planning, including training schedules, capacity requirements, instructor availability, and training device utilization.
• Liaise with Approved Training Organisations (ATOs), simulator providers, aircraft manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure training delivery objectives are achieved.
• Track and report training completion rates, qualification status, and operational readiness of flight crew.
• Support the development of instructor standardisation and training governance processes for the E2 operation.
• Ensure all training activities are conducted in accordance with applicable EASA requirements, company procedures, and approved training programmes.
• Monitor and follow up on feedback received from trainees, instructors, and training providers to support continuous improvement of the programme.
• Assist the NPCT, NPFO and CFI with project reporting, regulatory submissions, and implementation documentation related to the E2 fleet introduction.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience in airline training, flight operations, or aviation project management.
• Experience as an E1 or E2 instructor (minimum SFI)
• Practical knowledge of EASA Air Operations and Aircrew requirements.
• Experience in the development and implementation of flight crew training programmes.
• Familiarity with training devices, flight simulators, and aviation training systems.
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring processes.
• Previous experience of E2 and understanding of fleet introduction or change management projects is considered an advantage.

• The position comes with a two-year contract, starting with a probation period of 6 months. For the right candidate, other internal opportunities may become available following this assignment.
