EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and trusted Executive Assistant to our CEO, Anko van der Werff, to provide strategic, proactive, and confidential support at the highest level of organization. This role is critical to enabling Anko to focus on leading the business, setting direction, and engaging with key stakeholders. 
As Executive Assistant you will act as a true partner — managing complex priorities, anticipating needs, and serving as a central coordination point across the Executive Leadership Team and the wider organization. 

Challenges you will work on

•    Act as our CEO’s trusted right hand, providing high-level administrative and organisational support 
•    Manage a dynamic calendar, meetings, and international travel arrangements 
•    Coordinate leadership forums, and offsites 
•    Serve as a key liaison between the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team, Board members, and external stakeholders 
•    Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion 
•    Drive continuous improvements in ways of working, routines, and executive processes.

•    Professional demeanor and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
