As a Fuel Reporting Specialist, working closely with the fuel team, sustainability team and external stakeholders you will ensure that mandatory reports are done in a timely manner for SAS to purchase Jet Fuel and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) across Scandinavia and Europe.
Challenges you will work on:
In this role, you will support smooth operations in our Jet Fuel supply value chain and be the focal point of contact for regulators.
You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the importation of Jet Fuel into Scandinavia. All mandatory reports are done in a timely manner for SAS to purchase and import Jet Fuel and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) across Scandinavia and Europe.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage monthly fuel and emissions related reporting (Denmark, Sweden, Norway)
- Manage Quarterly reporting Fuel and emissions reporting (Denmark, Sweden, Norway)
- Manage yearly reporting reporting Fuel and emissions reporting (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, EU)

To be successful, we believe you should have:
- Excellent sense of order and structure.
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and plan accordingly.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
- Thorough, patient, process-oriented, structured, with an analytical mindset and strong drive to achieve results.
- Not afraid to ask for help when required.
- Background in administrative roles
- Skilled in using analytical performance tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Track record of regular reporting to authorities in Scandinavia
- Formal education can be replaced by significant, relevant professional experience.
- Commitment to work from the office 4 days per week.
