OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an Operations Manager for SAS Link's CAMO department

SAS Link operates a fleet of 10 E195-E1, mainly in the Scandinavian intra-domestic market. We are now looking for a new colleague to fill the newly created role as Operations Manager, being part of SAS Link CAMO team - to serve as key element in securing Operational Excellence across all operation.

As an Operations Manager, you will continuously evaluate and improve processes related to SAS Link Operational areas, minimize aircraft downtime and ensure good communication with the OCC.

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for leading the Airworthiness Control Center team, consisting of 10 members,
  • Secure Operational Excellence targets while keeping a safe and airworthy operation,
  • Analysis of main Punctuality and Completion Factors detractors, propose solutions and follow-up on implementation
  • Minimize AOG down-time
  • Liaise with OCC for aircraft allocation based on health status, maintenance required, lease conditions and other factors

To be successful in this role, we believe you should have:

  • Experience as a leader
  • Experience in any discipline connected to Commercial Air Transport
  • Experience in Embraer E1 aircraft type would be a plus
  • Knowledge of civil aviation regulation EASA Part M would be a plus
  • Experience from complex organizations and skills in cross functional work interface

  • This job function requires presence at Frösundavik, Stockholm
  • Follow up of aircraft AOG during weekends is a possibility
