Challenges you will work on:
Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate data handling, contract management, and coordination of employment-related processes across Sweden, Denmark, Norway & UK and support queries from the organization.
Employee Lifecycle & Contract Management
Create, update, and upload employment contracts for various employment types.
Register and check data quality for new hires and employee changes
Generate Work certificates
Upload documents to digital personnel files
Compliance & GDPR
Handle GDPR-related requests and ensure secure data management
Keep to the process to assure audit trails
Process Development & Support
Other
Participate in process mapping, testing, and improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update guides and documentation for recurring tasks.
Collaborate with different stakeholders to improve workflow
Always have the Scandinavian perspective when doing improvements or changes

To be successful, we believe you have
- University education or UAS education in HR, IT, Systems Science, Administration, Payroll…
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience in administration, preferably in the HR area, but not a requirement
- It is a merit if you have experience with SuccessFactor / SAP (Employee Central)
- Other systems we work with are OpenText (document management) and Service Now.
- You should have good knowledge of Office 365 and have generally good system experience and be interested in learning new systems.
- An important quality is to be meticulous, but also to be able to handle a high pace with a high workload for short periods during the year.
- You should enjoy performing repetitive tasks and providing support to your colleagues

Desired start date: February 1, 2026
Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work is possible less than 50% of the time. There might be some travel involved, mainly to Denmark and Norway, and you will also work remote from Arlanda from time to time.
