Are you an organized and driven student eager to gain practical experience in People & Culture within an international organization?
SAS is looking for a Student Assistant to support our People Development & Talent Acquisition team.
In this position, you will contribute to key people and culture initiatives by delivering reliable administrative support and ensuring excellent execution in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Challenges you will engage with: In this stimulating and dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
• Providing administrative and practical support for the ongoing implementation of iCARE – SAS’s exciting culture transformation
• Coordinating, administering, and managing events related to learning, culture, leadership, and talent activities (such as bookings, invitations, communications, and updates)
• Managing a shared inbox and maintaining continuous communication with internal stakeholders
• Handling ad hoc tasks—both administrative and creative—based on project needs and priorities

- Enrollment in a Master’s program within HR/ P&C, Psychology, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in communicating clearly in English both written and verbal, with multiple stakeholders
- Experience using Office 365 (experience with SuccessFactors and/or digital learning tools is an advantage, but not a requirement

- Desired start in February 2026
- Position: Six-month part-time student position - approximately 20 hours/ week
- This position is based either in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm) or Kastrup (Denmark), and you will be expected to work onsite. Some percentage of remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your leader
