Process Developer – Accounts Payable

As a Process Developer – Accounts Payable, you’ll play a key role in driving transformation and advancing our AP processes.
Challenges you will work on:
In this dynamic role, you’ll support our local AP team by overseeing and evaluating processes and projects. Your responsibilities will include developing and improving invoice handling, approval flows, and payment processes, as well as KPI reporting and process follow-up.
Your role will involve building strong relationships across the organization, and your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders will be essential. Together with our process leader, you’ll also support our BPO partners in their daily operations.

To be successful we believe you have
• Have a university degree in finance or a related field.
• Are at the early stages of your career, with a strong interest in Accounts Payable.
• Have a strong interest in systems, processes, and digital development, including AI and automation.
• Work in a structured and process-oriented way, with strong analytical skills and a drive to improve and simplify processes.
• Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Are comfortable working from the office at least three days per week.

Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
