PROCESS LEADER ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

As a Process Leader Accounts Receivable, you will be a vital part in driving change and development within AR. Your role will include travelling to deepen the relationship with our BPO partners. 

Challenges you will work on

In this dynamic role, you will oversee and evaluate the processes, find innovative solutions, and then drive these through project work. Other tasks include periodic closings and openings, reconciliations of accounts receivable, account reconciliations, reminders, and collection management, as well as KPI reporting.
You will have a broad network within the organization and your ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial. You are expected to support our BPO partners in their daily tasks.

To be successful, we believe you have

•    At least 5 years of experience within finance functions, preferably Accounts Receivable and its processes.
•    Hands-on experience with ERP systems, invoice operators, and Excel
•    Experience with digital solutions and new technologies (e.g., RPA, AI)
•    Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
•    Experience from projects or outsourcing is an advantage
•    A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field

Thorough, patient, and process-oriented with a structured, analytical mindset and strong drive to deliver results and improve processes

  • This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
