Sales Enablement Lead
Are you passionate about developing impactful content and sales strategies to empower sales teams to perform at their best? Perhaps you have a background in Marketing and are now eager to bring your skills into a dynamic sales environment? We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead with a strong drive, deep curiosity and a collaborative spirit.
SAS Commercial division Global Sales is responsible for SAS Agent Sales, Corporate Sales and Distribution. We are expanding our Sales Performance & Excellence team with a new colleague who is highly engaged and excited to shape Sales Enablement across our global sales organization.
In this exciting and dynamic role, you will:
- Own and develop our Go-To-Market strategy including sales plays and campaign execution.
- Build and refine our B2B value proposition, ensuring alignment strategy and supporting content.
- Be the author of the sales playbook, owning the roadmap for our sales team to follow, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s sales strategy and delivering a consistent message to all prospects.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing to ensure alignment and synergy.

You will join a central team focused on performance & analytics, product development, learning and communication and report to Head of Sales Performance & Excellence. - Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a bonus.

- Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
- This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work 1-2 days a week may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
