STUDENT WORKERS TO JOIN OUR PEOPLE & CULTURE TEAM
Purpose
Are you a student eager to gain hands-on P&C experience? We’re looking for two motivated student workers to join our People & Culture team! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop key P&C skills while balancing your studies.
We have two exciting roles available:
Learning & Leadership Development – Support our Culture transformation, employee learning, leadership programs, and process improvements.
Talent Acquisition – Help attract top talent, improve hiring processes, and enhance the candidate experience.
What You Will Do
Learning & Leadership Development:
• Assist with learning and culture projects, including the SAS iCARE culture initiative.
• Manage training sessions in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors).
• Organize leadership programs and learning events.
• Work with IT to automate P&C processes and improve efficiency.
• Create and update learning content (e.g., presentations, guides, SharePoint pages).
Talent Acquisition:
Among other tasks, you will be
• Help optimize hiring processes and support recruitment automation.
• Identify potential candidates, review applications, and schedule interviews.
• Research job market trends and test new AI-driven recruitment tools.
• Conduct surveys on candidate and hiring manager experience to drive improvements.
Who You Are
• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Available part-time (approx. 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling).
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (bonus if you know SuccessFactors or ATS systems).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in P&C, learning, and talent development.
• A strong communicator and a proactive team player
