Supply Chain Manager – SAS Link CAMO

Are you looking for a role where your impact is felt immediately in the operation? As a Supply Chain Manager within the SAS Link CAMO team, you will be a key player in making sure our fleet stays in the air. You ensure that the right materials, spares and equipment are available exactly when our maintenance teams need them, and you do so by driving smart agreements, forward planning and strong partnerships with our suppliers.

SAS Link operates a fleet of 16 Embraer E195-E1 aircraft across the Scandinavian domestic market. In an environment where every minute matters, your work directly supports reliability, safety, and smooth operations.

Challenges you will work on

In this role, you will combine strategic ownership with hands-on operational decision-making. This is a role for someone who enjoys switching between long-term planning and quick, well-judged decisions during daily operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating and recommending agreements for components, major components (APU, LDG), nacelles, wheels & brakes.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring all service level agreements are met.
  • Defining strategies for material flows, transportation needs and stock levels at the right locations.
  • Establishing and following up budgets related to materials and transportation – including cost-saving initiatives.
  • Managing contracts and follow-ups for components, engines and related supply chain processes.
  • Working closely with logistics partners to secure seamless shipments to and from the operator and MROs.

The Team

You will join a dynamic and international team, consisting of 14 members belonging to different disciplines. The team works closely together and collaborates actively with SK CAMO, Supply Chain, Operations Control Center and Flight Ops to deliver a safe and reliable operation.

To be successful, we believe you have

  • Around 5 years of experience in logistics, purchasing or supply chain.
  • A good understanding of maintenance operations.
  • Experience with global purchasing/logistics processes, ideally within transport or aviation.
  • Knowledge of LEAN and strong MS Office skills.
  • Advantageous: EASA Part-M/Part-145, AMOS Basic knowledge, Embraer experience or experience working with component providers.

As a person, we believe you bring strong proactive skills, with the ability to plan, organize and structure large amounts of information to make well-founded decisions. You continuously look for ways to improve processes and keep instructions up to date.

Your judgment remains sharp even in fast-paced and high-pressure situations, and you are clear in your priorities. With strong attention to detail, excellent time management and a solutions-oriented mindset, you thrive in challenging situations. You communicate clearly and straightforwardly, and you inspire and support your colleagues.
