Crew Systems Support & Analyses
This is a dynamic department with three tightly integrated focus areas:
• Crew Systems Management
• Analytics & Optimization
• Union Agreements & Compliance
Our mission is to support seamless and efficient crew planning across the SAS Group by managing systems, driving strategic analytics, and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. We work closely with Network Planning, Industrial Relations, Production Platforms, and AOCs to enable smart decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a Systems Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of decision support and scenario modeling within crew planning. Your insights will help define the future of SAS Airline Operations by evaluating changes to union agreements, traffic programs, and crew models from a systems and operational perspective.
Key Responsibilities
• Propose and analyze future crew models for SAS Airline Operations.
• Evaluate potential changes to union agreements and crew system setups (CMS).
• Model and code new scenarios in CMS, analyzing their impact on cost, productivity, and crew well-being.
• Lead or contribute to projects developing system setup and crew planning processes.
• Support union negotiations by providing system-based analysis and impact assessments.
• Drive development of cross-platform planning synergies across SAS AOCs.

Qualifications & Skills
• Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data into business impact.
• Solid experience in workforce/resource planning, preferably in an airline or related industry.
• Strong communication skills in English and one Scandinavian language.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel; experience with CMS, RAVE, Python, SQL, or Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience with Jeppesen crew systems or other airline planning tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor—teamwork is essential!

Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
