TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Help Shape the Future of Scandinavian Aviation
For 80 years, SAS has connected Scandinavia to the world and the world to Scandinavia. As one of the most recognized brands in the region, we continue to evolve in an industry defined by innovation, transformation, and people. To support our ambitious journey ahead, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing in-house Talent Acquisition team.
If you are passionate about attracting top talent, building strong relationships, and creating exceptional candidate experiences, we would love to hear from you.
Challenges you will work on:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SAS, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring the talent that helps drive our business forward. You will own the recruitment process from end to end, partnering closely with hiring leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify, engage, and secure exceptional talent across our Corporate and Operational Support functions.
Working as part of our growing in-house Talent Acquisition team, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, helping them define hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and make informed talent decisions. You will create compelling job advertisements, proactively source candidates through multiple channels, and build strong talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring demands.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruitment journey. From the first conversation through assessment, selection, and offer management, you will serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for SAS, ensuring a professional, transparent, and engaging process.
Working in the SAS Talent Acquisition team means operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with airline operations, planning teams, People & Culture, and business leaders across the organization, challenging and empowering stakeholders to make the right talent decisions while supporting business objectives.
Beyond recruitment delivery, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, bringing new ideas and external perspectives to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the overall recruitment experience. You will also champion diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices, helping to minimize bias and ensure SAS attracts and selects the best talent from the broadest possible talent pool.
The Team
You will join a dedicated and growing in-house Talent Acquisition team where collaboration, candidate experience, and continuous improvement are central to how we work. Together, we support hiring across the SAS organization and help shape the workforce that will drive the future success of SAS.
