HANGAR LOGISTICS DELIVERY
The position
SAS Technical Operations is seeking an employee for Hangar Logistic Delivery at Arlanda. (Seasonal Position: June 1st – August 31st)
SAS Technical Operations is part of SAS Operations and holds the authorizations EASA Part 145, EASA Part 147, EASA Part 21/G, and EASA Part 21/J. The mission of Technical Operations is to deliver airworthy aircraft according to SAS standards, at the lowest possible cost, and in line with SAS priorities: Safety, Regularity, and Care.
SAS Hangar Service Center is the department responsible for ensuring that incoming and outgoing deliveries of quality-controlled aircraft material and tools are handled efficiently and safely. SAS Technical Operations places strong emphasis on safety and traceability of both materials and tools, making it essential to follow established standards and procedures.
We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven individual who wants to contribute to strengthening and further developing our service to production, with a focus on logistics.
Purpose
The deptartment´s mission is to support our production with materials and tools, as well as to manage all logistics related to our operations. Of course with safety, punctuality and care as our priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that material handling and tasks are carried out in accordance with the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), which describes procedures and routines for SAS Part-145 operations
- Handle inbound and outbound deliveries of materials, tools, and personal equipment
- Perform inventory tasks
- Receive incoming and outgoing goods, manage shipping documents and orders, and pack goods
- Register goods in the business system
- Pack and unpack incoming and outgoing shipments, including control of DGR materials
- Reconcile documentation against materials and handle archiving
- Communicate with production and the organization’s AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team to manage prioritized shipments
- Act on and report deviations
- Follow processes for all operations where SAS Technical Supply Chain is responsible for material handling
- Perform other common warehouse-related tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other Office programs
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written
- Valid B driver’s license
Meritorious Qualifications
- Forklift licenses (counterbalance and reach truck)
- Overhead crane certification
- DGR Cat 1 & 2 and ADR certification
- Experience working with AMOS and LEAN

Other of Importance
The position is a full-time and temporary for Summer 2026. Based at the SAS Hangar, Arlanda.
You must have a clean criminal record and have proof of occupation 5 years back and a drug- and alcohol test will be carried out.
