Resource Allocator

Are you a driven and productive employee? SAS Ground Handling, Passenger Handling is now seeking new colleagues to join our Resource Allocator team at Arlanda airport!

Purpose

Allocation, coordination resources and follow up on task within the Passenger Handling area in compliance within accordance with laws, regulations, manuals, and our DNA: safety, punctuality, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize staff allocation during the operational day, 24 hours before the operational day and follow-up on the completed operational day

• Report and follow up on daily deviations in planning and operational execution
• In event of a delay caused by staff shortage, you are responsibility to identify the cause and inform Manager Passenger Handling
• Inform and share your knowledge at our dialogue meetings
• Including your regular position, your duties also include serving in Passenger Handling as traffic agent

Skills and Experience

• Experience of Planning and coordination
• Experience working in an operational and production driven environment
• Ability to express yourself in both spoken and written English, as well as in a Scandinavian language
• Driving license

• The position is a full-time position and based at Stockholm, Arlanda Airport
• You must have a clean criminal record and have proof of occupation 5 years back and a drug- and alcohol test will be carried out.
